Diligent Care Services will support you with simple everyday tasks such as personal care, making a meal, light housekeeping, medication management, dementia care etc. We also offer support with taking part in activities outside the home. E.g. Shopping, leisure and social activities, employment.
We provide relief services to carers e.g. family members etc who provide care for their loved ones on a regular basis.
We also provide live in services to service users.
