We can provide care/support workers/ personal assistants to you if you are on direct payment.

If you employ the support worker through Diligent, you will not have to manage PAYE for them. We will do this.

The hourly rate charged will be the full hourly rate paid to you.

You can either choose to have Diligent provide all your care or only a part of it. You will only be charged for the hours we provide.

Where appropriate and with your permission, we will liase with other external agencies involved in your care to ensure all your needs are met well.

You are also assured that all care workers placed with you have undergone a stringent recruitment procedure and we can offer emergency replacement when needed. This enables you to have continous support even when your regular care worker is unavailable.

All care workers also undergo regular training, supervision and appraisal to enable them support you well.
